Get Google AdWords for FREE?

Posted by dc on June 30th, 2008

“Internet Marketer Gets $87 Million in Google Pay-Per-Click Ads FREE! … And Makes Over $314 Million as a Result! … And Now He’s Going to Give You This Same Secret for Next to Nothing!”

This title caught my attention. It may seem like another internet marketing headline that promises big earnings and high earning potential but if you have been working on Google AdWords for your online business and ad campaigns, you may want to read on!

A new breakthrough secret is all you now need in order to get your Google AdWords pay-per-clicks FREE!

A gentleman from New York discovered what he calls an “oversight” on the part of 99.9% of all marketers that allows him to get otherwise paid-for advertising at Google as well as all other search engines that allow sponsored ads.

And no, nothing about his “secret” is illegal – nor does it require that you know someone on the “inside” at Google, Yahoo, MSN, Overture and others.

Instead, the New Yorker boasts proudly “…this is something that I caught onto just before 2000 when there was so much search engine craze running around, and started doing small just to test things at first … but which I later expanded on after getting the hang of it.”

This same fellow went on to start and operate sixteen separate online companies selling everything from pet food, DVDs, children’s toys & games, books, software, and sold not only his own manufactured products but became an affiliate for other web businesses – all the while applying his mastermind secret.

Over the course of nearly eight years the New Englander confesses “I’ve actually gotten over $87 million in advertising that using my secret I never had to pay for … and the largest share of which was more recently in Google pay-per-clicks as well as other forms of pad advertising at search engines … all of which I got for free …”

So powerful is his secret that he’s able to monopolize any niche online, and can always secure the top premium spots just above the usual organic results featured at most search engines.

He still has to set up an account with the search engines – but after applying his secret he is removed from having to pay for all the costs otherwise involved.

Again, nothing about his secret is either illegal or robs from the search engines.

One spokesperson from one of the most popular search engines said chuckling after being made privy to this amazing secret “Wow! Ha! This is really unique … and in my expert opinion it would only serve to enhance and bring more business to us at [name of search engine withheld for legal & confidentiality reasons] and not cause us to lose business in the slightest. Amazing!”

The northerner revealed that in this nearly eight years’ period of time since applying his secret he’s done well over $300 million in sales revenue with a most diverse line of products, and most recently in the last two years netted nearly $166 million after really “buckling down and pressing my secret to its fullest potential.”

Now to everyone else’s fortune, the city slicker is releasing his secret for getting an unlimited amount of pay-per-click ads to the general public. But he’s not promising any of us for how long.

A bit of an eccentric, the gentleman says “We’ll see just how long I can make it available before it saturates things.”

One famous public web guru pointed out that although this man may gain economically more so as a result of the publication of his secret “he’s already so amazingly rich that whether he continues or discontinues its sale will neither make nor break the man, but not grabbing it for yourself while it’s still available could prove disastrous for you as you may only have one chance, and a very limited one at that, to get this.”

It is currently available HERE…so you may want to head on over there now and get it.

It’s in a very easily readable format and is quickly and readily understood and mastered by anyone with even a 4th grade reading level.

While you’re there, why not scroll down and review for yourself the huge successes others are now having with this incredible breakthrough in targeted advertising now made freely available to the rest of us?

Weight Loss - Lose weight on a full stomach

Posted by readabook on June 30th, 2008

In my day you always had to finish everything on your plate. There were starving children in somewhere in the world. But now portions are huge and if you finish what’s on your plate you may have eaten enough for two. Diet and nutrition experts say since we are always eating on the go, we might not even recognize the feeling of a full stomach. Here are some suggestions from diet and nutrition experts on learning to recognize when you are full:

Dr. Michelle May of Phoenix, Ariz., author of Am I Hungry? What to do When Diets Don’t Work, suggests getting in touch with our instinctive ability to manage weight and hunger. Dr. May refers to the fact that babies instinctively know when to stop eating. May says we need to relearn, the signs of fullness. She suggests visualizing our stomach as a balloon. “When its small (about the size of a fist), it isn’t taking up much space. As you force more into it, the walls stretch and expand. As it gets bigger picture what it is pushing out of the way and how that feels. Perhaps you notice heartburn, feel short of breath, or have to undo your pants.”  I know I hate that really uncomfortable feeling I get in my stomach when I have eaten too much.

Kendra Evans, a registered dietician and YMCA fitness instructor, says it takes 20 minutes for the food to register in your brain that your stomach is full.

Because we eat on the go so frequently, we don’t even take 20 minutes for a meal, and often overeat because we are still hungry. To help control hunger and prevent binging Evans suggests people work more protein and fiber into their meals. I know that I often overeat because I am not sure when I will have an opportunity to eat again that day. I know that if my meal contains protein and fiber it stays with me a lot longer and I am not to overeat to stave off hunger later.

Emily Fonnesbeck, a registered dietician with Fitness Ridge Resort and Spa in Utah, recommends using a smaller plate and dividing it into three sections: fruits and vegetables, whole grain and lean protein. I know that the dinner plates that come with most sets are really huge. I usually use the salad plate when I have lunch or dinner. I also use a small bowl for cereal instead of the big cereal bowl that came with my set. Portion control is the foundation of the Weight Watcher’s Program and many people have had success with that program.

Take time to enjoy your meal if you can. If you really want to pay attention to what you are eating, don’t read or watch television. According to experts, being mindful of what you eat and how your body feels during a meal can help prevent overeating and save on your food bill too.

Be Gentle to Baby’s Delicate Skin

Common Baby Skin Issues Addressed

Baby’s skin is particularly sensitive during the first few months after birth, leaving it prone to a wide array of dermatological conditions. According to experts, new parents should be aware of the common skin issues seen in infants and how to treat or manage these conditions:

baby

  • Dry Skin: “This is the most common skin disorder in babies and young children, and occurs because the sebaceous glands are not producing enough oil into the skin,” says Erin Welch, MD, assistant professor of dermatology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. To help maintain healthy skin, use gently formulated cleansing and moisturizing products to help seal in moisture, particularly those that are phthalate-free. “When washing your baby, keep water temperatures warm or tepid, and use a gently formulated cleanser like pHisoderm(R) Tear-Free Cream Wash to protect against dryness and leave baby’s skin smelling fresh and clean.” Blot baby dry with a clean towel and apply a baby-friendly moisturizer to further hydrate the skin.

  • Diaper Rash: The classic signs of diaper rash include small red dots on a baby’s buttocks, groin and between skin folds. According to the Lansinoh Medical Advisory Board, the keys to preventing diaper rash are changing diapers often (cloth and disposable, alike) and using hypoallergenic, alcohol-free wipes. When changing a baby, clean the area with water and make sure it is completely dry before putting on a new diaper. Use a diaper rash treatment that protects and conditions the skin at the same time, such as new Lansinoh(R) Diaper Rash Ointment that contains a unique formula of Lansinoh’s HPA(R) Lanolin, the world’s purest lanolin, microfine zinc oxide and dimethicone — a unique blend that offers triple protection.

  • Cradle Cap: During the first three months of life, some babies will develop cradle cap. The symptoms include scaly, dry patches of flaky skin on the head, ear, eyebrows and eyelids, along with itching. Dr. Welch suggests rubbing baby oil onto the affected area and then cleaning it with a soft brush or washcloth. For many babies, this is often a temporary condition, not lasting more than a few weeks.

  • Heat Rash: This eruption of little dots and tiny pimples over a baby’s body often occurs when a baby overheats from wearing too many layers of clothing. Their underdeveloped pores become blocked so that sweat cannot get out, leading to itching and inflamed skin. If your baby is experiencing heat rash, apply cold water compresses to the affected areas, dress the baby in light, breathable clothing (layer so you can remove clothing as necessary), and try to keep him in airy rooms or shady spots during warm weather.

For more information about skincare tips and the baby products, visit http://www.lansinoh.com/ or http://www.phisoderm.com/. If skin conditions persist, speak to a pediatrician.

Palestinian Businesswomen to Host Top U.S. Executives

Posted by Femina on June 28th, 2008

In 2006, a group of seven Palestinian businesswomen founded a national non-profit association with the core belief that women’s economic participation plays an essential role in the development of the Palestinian economy - Business Women Forum - Palestine (BWF-Palestine). On July 6-7, 2008 the BWF-Palestine will reinforce this belief and take significant steps towards enhancing the skills of Palestinian business people when they host a delegation of three top women executives from the United States for a major event in Ramallah, “Global and Local Trends in Business and Advocacy.” The event is part of the newly launched Corporate Ambassadors Program, a collaboration between the U.S. State Department’s Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), Vital Voices Global Partnership, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Businesswomen’s Network of which the BWF-Palestine is a founding member.

As the Palestinian Hub of the MENA Businesswomen’s Network, the BWF-Palestine has grown from a small, all-volunteer organization into a highly respected institution and resource for businesswomen seeking to grow their businesses and contribute to the sustainable development of the Palestinian economy. They currently run four major programs in collaboration with various international organizations and the U.S. Consulate General Jerusalem. Manal Zraiq, Chairwoman of the BWF-Palestine acknowledges their success but sees a long road ahead: “Progress is not coming fast enough. We do not want just to make relative progress from a difficult situation, we would like to reach equality and offer women equal opportunities both in business as well as in politics.”

To hasten this progress the BWF-Palestine will host the upcoming Corporate Ambassadors event, which features top U.S. executives with backgrounds in the automotive industry, consulting, advocacy and information technology (IT). Deborah Coleman (President and CEO, International Business Solutions, Inc.), Stephenie Foster (Senior Vice President for Government Affairs, American Legacy Foundation) and Cynthia Traeger (Chairman, CEO and President, VSI Visual Synthesis Incorporated) will share their firsthand experience on topics such as sustainable growth, financial management and advocacy. As a result of the event, the BWF-Palestine hopes to provide its members and the community at large tools and strategies to enhance their businesses and to expand their network to the US. In addition to expanding local knowledge, bringing in such high-level specialized international experience may enhance the Palestinian experience. It is estimated that over 100 Palestinian businesswomen and men will participate in the exchange of ideas to help solidify the critical link between businesswomen in the MENA region and the United States.

During 2008 and 2009, the Corporate Ambassadors Program will continue to bring delegations of American CEOs and senior executives to meet with businesswomen in the Middle East and North Africa to discuss pressing business topics and address issues central to the success of businesswomen in the region. Developed to support the advancement of business women in the Middle East and North Africa, the MENA Businesswomen’s Network is a partnership between local businesswomen’s organizations across the MENA region, MEPI and Vital Voices. It provides a forum for peer learning, information exchange, business development, and access to education, resources and tools. Investment in women’s leadership will create new agents for positive social, political, and economic change.

MENA Businesswomen’s Network

The MENA Businesswomen’s Network is a partnership between local businesswomen’s organizations across the Middle East and North Africa, Vital Voices Global Partnership and the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) of the U.S. Department of State. The goal of the partnership is to build a network of businesswomen in MENA in order to expand the number of women in business, to increase the value of their businesses, to advance the role of women in society, and to promote a regional culture of women’s entrepreneurship. The MENA Businesswomen’s Network provides a forum for peer learning, information exchange, business development and access to education, resources and tools, all of which are supportive of expanding economic opportunities and building networks for businesswomen in the region. Members of the Network are organizations that are committed to contributing to economic growth and reform, to supporting the needs of women-led businesses and professional women and to having a significant social impact. Network Hubs are in place in ten countries: Bahrain, Dubai, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Qatar, Tunisia, and the West Bank/Palestinian Territories. Additional Hubs will be added in 2008. To learn more about the MENA Businesswomen’s Network and the Network Hub in your country please visit http://www.menabwn.org/.

Business Women Forum-Palestine

The BWF aims to create a better environment for women entrepreneurs and executives as well as build the pipeline of future business women leaders. The BWF focuses on attracting more women into business, combatting the barriers women often face in starting and developing their business, and looking at ways of empowering women in the business sector by providing innovative opportunities to network and discuss progressive ways of improving their business and personal development. BWF shall accelerate the success of women entrepreneurs and executives in business by providing trusted peer-to-peer networks, high-value professional and training programs, and opportunities for our members to be seen as Thought Leaders.

U.S. Department of State’s Middle East Partnership Initiative

The Middle East Partnership Initiative launched in 2002, serves as the principal U.S. Department of State initiative to foster democratic reform and the advancement of vibrant, prosperous societies in the Middle East and North Africa devoting more than $480 million to over 450 programs in 17 countries. WomenEntrepreneur.com Celebrates Major Milestone

Posted by Femina on June 27th, 2008

Launched just one year ago, WomenEntrepreneur.com has fast become the central hub for women business owners who want to meet, share and grow. The website celebrates its first anniversary with 238% growth in unique monthly visitors — from just 140,000 in November 2007 to 473,000 in April 2008.

Designed by the experts behind Entrepreneur magazine and Entrepreneur.com, the inception of WomenEntrepreneur.com in 2007 was the latest effort by Entrepreneur Media to support the dynamic — and growing — women’s business community. The Center for Women’s Business Research still shows women-owned businesses are growing at nearly twice the rate of all businesses.

“We’ve been the ultimate name in entrepreneurship for 31 years now, and over the years we’ve catered to this segment in the magazine, through events and on Entrepreneur.com,” says Dave Pomije, VP of site development at Entrepreneur. “Eventually, we felt a standalone site was in order. The tremendous response we’ve gotten in such a short time from women around the country proves we were right on target.”

WomenEntrepreneur.com was the first website launched solely for the women’s business community by a media company. Others are just now jumping on the bandwagon by adding networks and sections for this audience, having caught on to its importance and vitality.

Today, the standalone website remains the only one of its kind, addressing the challenges and opportunities women face when starting and growing their own businesses. Expert entrepreneurs cover every inch of business growth with articles, columns, blogs, news, resources and success stories. Women are also able to tap into a community of peers to gain and share ideas and advice.
