If you are a work at home mom who is earning money from home, I hope that you have set up a blog for your home business. Widespread blogging is nevertheless one of the most engaging Internet developments of the past few years. You may have heard about how Internet marketers have used blogs for SEO marketing as they have proven to be effective.

Blogging and pinging your blogs can bring your positive results to your home business in the long run if you faithfully work on them. Blog and ping is a process through which you can post a snippet of information from your site to a blog to increase your Search Engine Optimization (SEO). When you post snippets of your website information on the blog, search engine sites like Google and Yahoo will find it more easily. The search engine will be able to track your site more easily due to spidering and indexing.

If you like, you can choose blog and ping only very important information from your site and not all information. In the past, there were many aggressive internet marketers who used to blog and ping all their web pages repeatedly. As a result of that, the search engines termed the individuals as spammers which caused their websites to be banned from being ranked.

Those who earn money from home through blogging know that search engines take notice of active blogs and blog search engines are especially sensitive to activity. In other words, if you have an inactive blog, your blog rankings will soon drop in no time. Blogging has become so popular that you can see many bloggers hanging around in cafes with their laptops with a cuppa. This has somewhat become a lifestyle!

So earning money from home or not, blogging has become a lifestyle for many people of all ages, from young to old. Blogging is really for everyone. It is enjoyable, simple and easy.

Leaky Bladder

Stress incontinence or leaky bladder is very common in women who have delivered children vaginally. Vaginal delivery can weaken your pelvic floor muscles. Here are few natural solutions to the problem:

Lose weight – (Doesn’t this always seem to be the answer?) If you are overweight, slim down. Studies show that losing 8 % of your body weight can help with the problem of a leaky bladder.

Start doing kegel exercises - Here is how to perform kegel exercises. While you are sitting down, squeeze your vaginal muscles (like you are trying to stop the flow of urine) for 3 seconds, then relax for 3 seconds. Do 10 at a time and work your way up to 50 a day. You can do kegels at your desk, in the car while sitting at traffic lights or when you are sitting at your computer.
